The Five Phases
Phase 1 - Editing:
Preparing your manuscript for publication.
This is where your message gets the attention it deserves. We work through your manuscript together, strengthening what is strong and shaping what needs refining, until it reads exactly the way you always meant it to.
Phase 2 - Design:
Interior layout and cover design.
Your book begins to look like itself. The cover, the spine, the interior, every visual element is designed to reflect the message inside and the woman who wrote it.
Phase 3 - Proofing:
Final review and corrections.
Nothing goes to print until it is right. You review. We refine. This is the phase where you take a breath and say yes, this is ready.
Phase 4 - Publishing Setup:
Upload and distribution on Amazon and IngramSpark.
Your book is placed into the world. Available on Amazon and through IngramSpark, which distributes to bookstores and libraries worldwide. Your name on the cover. Your rights in your hands.
Phase 5 - Launch:
Book release and first steps into the world.
This is the moment everything has been building toward. We celebrate what you accomplished and make sure your book reaches the readers who have been waiting for it.

The investment
The OPK Publishing System is $2,000 for manuscripts up to 60,000 words. For longer manuscripts, an additional $250 applies per 10,000 words beyond that limit.
Payment plans are available. Your project begins after the deposit is received and your final payment is due before your files are released and your book goes live.
Everything is included. Editing, interior layout, cover design, ISBN, metadata, distribution setup on Amazon and IngramSpark, and full launch coordination. You provide the manuscript. We handle the rest.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I retain the rights to my book?
Yes, completely. You own your book, your cover, and all associated files. Unlike traditional publishers who retain rights, OPK Creative returns everything to you. Every royalty, every right, everything belongs to you.
What if my manuscript is longer than 60,000 words?
No problem. Books over 60,000 words have an additional fee of $250 per 10,000 words to cover the extra editing and formatting work. You will know the full investment before anything begins.
How long does the process take?
Most projects move from start to launch in three to six months, depending on manuscript length and how quickly you are able to respond at approval stages. You set the pace.
What is not included?
Marketing campaigns, author copies, audiobooks, and ongoing promotional services are not part of this package. This system gets your book published and distributed, the foundation everything else builds from. We do discuss your launch during Phase 5 and help you take your first steps well.
