About Olive
On a flight to Texas, Olive discovered her calling: to be a cheerleader for creative souls. This led her to become a Transformational Life Coach, bringing creative flair to retreats and special events.

Her calling has grown into a comprehensive publishing and coaching practice that supports women through one of the most significant transitions of their lives: choosing what to do with what they have lived.

Her mission is to stand beside women who have carried responsibility, experience, and insight for decades and help them move from scattered ideas to finished, meaningful work.

She's the author of Take a Breather, Ladies!: 36 Enjoyable Ways to Relax and Rejuvenate and founder of SPA Women's Circle, an online community where women find a Spiritual, Practical, Affirming space to flourish.

With a Master of Library Science, Olive has served as a church board member, youth leader, and administrator. She's also co-founder and Executive Director of VibeArtsBoston, a non-profit showcasing creative expression through the arts.

A Jamaican gem living south of Boston, she shares her home with husband Alphonse. She's a proud mother to Michael (and his wife Karlene) and Amber P., and grandmother to Duane, Sunesis, and Michaela.

ABOUT THE BLOOM PROJECT
The Bloom Project is a cultivated ecosystem designed to help women move from calling to clarity, and from clarity to published legacy. Through tools, community, and publishing support, we nurture your message so it can influence others.
We believe that every woman has a seed of purpose planted in them. With intention and support, that purpose can grow into a meaningful work that serves others and creates lasting impact.
Our Approach
Everything we do is shaped by three commitments
Purpose
We believe meaningful work grows from conviction and a clear sense of why your message matters.
Excellence
Your message deserves beauty, structure, and professional care.
Nurture
Creative work grows best in safe, supportive environments.
Your Next Step
If you are beginning your creative journey, the SHAPED Workbook offers a gentle and focused way to gain clarity. You will receive your copy by joining our email list, where you will also receive encouragement, inspiration, and simple next steps for your creative walk.
A Note on Faith and Values
Our work is grounded in integrity, care, and respect for each woman’s story. For many women, faith plays a role in their work, the choices they make, and the conversations that unfold along the way, but it is not assumed. What matters most is honoring the work and the woman behind it.
